Our rental service includes the following tasks and activities:

• We are happy to inspect your rental property with you. Your target rental amount and the type of renter are taken into consideration.

• We advertise your rental property in the leading online portals and local daily and weekly newspapers

• We check our extensive customer database for available prospective tenants.

• We organise and conduct visits with pre-selected tenants, with the aim of carrying out an adverse selection process.

• We meet with a selection of prospective tenants who meet your criteria.

• We carry out a credit assessment (Schufa [German credit investigation bureau], voluntary disclosure of information, salary statements, reference from the previous landlord confirming that there are no outstanding rental payments, etc.).

• We introduce you to suitable prospective tenants and submit a vote to you.

• On request, we can provide you with a rental contract adapted to your rental property.

• We hand over the rental property with the correct procedure, including handover and key protocols. Our services are then concluded.
